Civil Supervisor
Construction role in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site operations.
- Ability to supervise day-to-day civil works and site activities.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and workmanship standards.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong team coordination and workforce supervision skills.
- Ability to monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
- Good problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Strong awareness of construction safety and quality requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision.
- Practical experience supervising civil works at construction sites.
- Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Requirements
- Any educational qualification is acceptable.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ability to monitor workmanship, materials, and construction progress.
- Capable of coordinating with engineers, contractors, workers, and other project teams.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based and project-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction quality standards.
- Hindi is mandatory.
