• Recruitment and immigration authorities in destination countries such as Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the Maldives, as required for lawful employment and travel.
• Medical examination centres for fitness certification required by employers or destination countries.
• Service providers who support our operations (e.g., IT hosting, payment processing, courier/logistics for documents), under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We require any third party we share your information with to use it only for the purpose disclosed and to protect it appropriately. We do not share candidate information with employers or third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Because our core service involves placing Indian candidates in overseas jobs, your personal information will, in most cases, need to be shared with employers, immigration authorities, or government bodies located outside India. By applying for or accepting an overseas placement through us, you understand and consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled securely once shared with overseas parties, though data protection standards vary by country.
